Hello and welcome to www.SarahNerd.com! This is where you will find current and up to date listings of my mainland for sale. Please keep in mind that I try to sell at the lowest prices possible, so land sells quickly and I may not often have a lot on hand. I do get new land almost daily so check back often. I Buy Mainland!

I buy any type or size mainland, even full sims if my name is set in under "sell to a specific person". To see my current buy prices just take a look at my profile in-world. My buy price changes daily just like the mainland market. If you have special land like waterfront, or full terraform (+/- 40) please contact me in world for a proper quote. To sell to me, simply set your land for sale using the in-world tools at the price per meter specified in my profile. Please make sure you enter my name "Sarah Nerd" in the sell to a specific person drop down. I will pick up the land as soon as I come inworld, and I log in a few times each day to check for land set so it will be purchased in a timely manner.

I Rent Land!

Any mainland that I offer for sale has the option of being rent out instead of purchased. To rent a lot please contact me in world. I will take a 16 meter block at the corner of the parcel to set up a rental box. You will need to join a group for object placement and to access the media controls. Current mainland rentals prices are as follows. Please note these prices do not apply to estate land.

512 meter plot = $300L a week

1024 meter plot = $435L a week

1536 meter plot = $652L a week

2048 meter plot = $870L a week

4096 meter plot = $1740L a week

8192 meter plot =$3480L a week

16384 meter plot=$6963L a week

The only estate rentals I currently offer are in the residential beach sim of Puerto Nerdo. Open lots will have a rental box open along the boardwalk with prices displayed floating above the box.
